Prepare to Hatch: Introduction to E.G.G

Hello, and welcome. Now I'll bet you're all wondering: What the shell is E.G.G? Well, allow me to enlighten you. E.G.G is the story of three friends, and the adventures (or misadventures) they embark on in the ever expansive Marvel Universe. It is a fully realized, complex story that will (hopefully) provide you with pure entertainment on a weekly basis!

E.G.G takes place in my own version of the Marvel Universe. No, I didn't take a bunch of liberties like making Iron Man a girl and giving Spider-Man a boyfriend. I simply merged the three existing Marvel Universes (616, Ultimate, and Cinematic) into one big expansive universe, taking the best elements from all of them to come up with the best story possible.

I'm glad you asked! E.G.G stands for Experimental Governments Gadgets. It is a subdivision of S.H.I.E.L.D tasked with manufacturing, storing, and distributing their weapons, gadgets, and any other trinkets deemed too risky to keep aboard S.H.I.E.L.D's flying fortress known as the Helicarrier. E.G.G is run and operated by three friends that face a new challenge everyday, whether it be a super villain break-in, a fellow hero in need, or an epic rap battle to the death! Yeah, it gets real like that. Now, let's meet the characters of our epic tale!

Bio: Joshua Westbrook is the Director of E.G.G. That means he runs everything. Josh was a simple analyst at S.H.I.E.L.D, floating beneath everyone's notice, content with his position in the spy organization. But when Josh realized that S.H.I.E.L.D was constantly being attacked and having their tech stolen, he approached Nick Fury with an idea: E.G.G. Now Josh runs the place, and oversees all that happens aboard Mother Egg. Josh is not who you'd necessarily call director material, as he often acts impulsively and is a bit of a screw up. But with Eileen and Acacia by his side, Josh is ready for any challenge that may come his way.

Bio: Eileen Wuthrich is Josh's second in command, although you wouldn't know that by looking at her. Eileen is tough, coordinated, quick thinking, and often solves problems better than Josh could ever dream to. She is very by the books, and all around the perfect agent. Josh's best friend since the 6th grade, she joined S.H.I.E.L.D with him, and was his number one supporter when he decided to start E.G.G. Eileen is very much the other side of Josh's coin, and will do anything to make sure he succeeds.

Bio: Fun friendly, outgoing, and a bit of a spaz, Acacia is third in command of E.G.G. She met Josh through Eileen and the three have been friends ever since. Acacia was a special field agent at S.H.I.E.L.D, but could not resist joining up when she got the invitation from her friends to start E.G.G. Acacia likes to mess around with the inventions... which is very dangerous at times. But when push comes to shove, Acacia can bail her friends out of any kind of trouble. Some say that she's so chipper to mask a darker past.

Now, what's a hero without villains? Well, just a regular person I guess. E.G.G will often have run-ins with various baddies from the Marvel Universe, but that's not to say that they don't have some enemies of their own...

Bio: Julian Woodfin is an Agent of Victor von Doom, better known to most of the world as Dr. Doom. He shares a past with Josh and Eileen, but whatever they had is gone now. Julian is a ruthless foe and will stop at short of nothing to bring E.G.G to it knees.

Bio: Another lackey of Dr. Doom, Tanner Powell is probably one of E.G.G's most dangerous villains. He also shares a past with Josh and Eileen, but Tanner is mentally insane, and pure evil. There are rumors that he has acquired a source of power that will destroy E.G.G once and for all, and transform Tanner into something deadly.

Alright, now that you know all you need to know, get ready for a nonstop, action packed blast of fun and adventure every Friday!
